Ingredients : Peanut, Samba Wheat, Green Gram, Chowari, Barley, Cinnamon, Badam, Cashew nut, Ragi, Maize, Rice, Soya bean, Pearl Millet, Kambam, Pottukadala, Butterbean, Cardamom
Usage:- Mix one table spoon of Philominas health powder (50gm) to one glass of low fat milk & then boil it with required amount of sugar until its cooked. It can also taken by either mixing it with hot milk with sugar or boiled water with a pinch of salt & would act as a healthy nutritious drink with efficient supply of protien and energy.
